Dishes such as "Migas a la Aragonesa" (made with breadcrumbs, scrambled egg and chorizo), "Huevos Estrellados" (scrambled eggs), and "Ternasco de Aragón" (roast lamb) have not only become a speciality of our Restaurant; they also a real treat for visitors from other regions.
We also offer a select wine menu that combines young local wines with more renowned wines from the regions of Rioja and Ribeira de Duero.
